This Subscription Agreement stipulates the exclusive terms, service content, user rights, and usage rules applicable to all users who purchase and activate the Gimsion subscription service. This agreement is an effective supplementary clause of the Gimsion platform user service rules.
By purchasing and activating the Gimsion subscription service, you confirm that you have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this agreement. All subscription services are independently launched, operated, and maintained by our team on our self-owned independent service system.
Users may voluntarily purchase different types of subscription services provided by Gimsion according to their usage needs. After payment is completed and the platform confirms the transaction successfully, the subscription service will be automatically activated immediately.
Each subscription service corresponds to an independent fixed valid period. The valid time shall be subject to the system's automatic calculation and recording results after successful payment. During the valid subscription period, users may enjoy exclusive membership benefits. After expiration, subscription-exclusive rights will automatically expire and usage authority will restore to the ordinary user standard.
The core exclusive benefit of the Gimsion subscription service is that users may obtain preferential coins in a one-time manner immediately after successful activation. Preferential coins will be automatically issued to the user's platform usage account immediately after the subscription takes effect, completed in one time without installment distribution or delayed arrival.
These subscription preferential coins are exclusive benefit props for subscribed users and may only be used for the user's personal platform service consumption during the subscription valid period.
During the valid subscription period, all platform generation functions and core service functions still consume coins normally. Subscription activation entitles users to obtain preferential coins at one time; it does not provide free generation quota, zero-consumption permission, or coin exemption authority.
All functional generation behaviors and core service usage operations initiated during the subscription period will strictly follow the platform's unified coin consumption rules. The corresponding standard number of coins will be deducted according to function type and usage times.
When preferential coins obtained from subscription are exhausted during the subscription period, users may obtain additional coins through official open channels to continue using generation services. Subscription qualification will not be invalidated due to coin exhaustion and will remain valid until the end of the subscription cycle.

Users shall use the subscription service and subscription-exclusive coin benefits in a standardized and legal manner. Users shall not use subscription preferential rights to conduct malicious brushing, improper trading, illegal profit-making, or other behaviors that violate platform rules.

Subscription-related usage remains subject to Gimsion's privacy protection standards. We do not collect facial information or facial features, and we will never share any user information with third parties for any purpose.
