This User Agreement sets forth the standard terms and conditions for all users accessing and using the Gimsion platform and its supporting functional services. This agreement applies to all users who browse, operate, and use any functions of Gimsion.
By accessing and using our platform services, you confirm that you fully understand and voluntarily accept all terms stipulated in this agreement and agree to abide by the relevant usage specifications and service rules formulated by Gimsion. The core tenet of Gimsion's service rules is to provide users with safe, convenient, and stable functional services while fully protecting every user's personal privacy and usage rights.
Gimsion provides users with functional generation and tool services. Users shall use the platform services in a legal, standardized, and reasonable manner, and shall not utilize Gimsion's functions to conduct any improper, illegal, infringing, or harmful behaviors.

We reserve the right to standardize and rectify abnormal operation behaviors that violate platform usage rules to maintain a healthy and orderly service environment for all users.
Gimsion adheres to a lightweight usage model. There is no mandatory account registration, account login, mobile phone verification, email binding, or identity authentication mechanism required to access core platform features.
Users can use the open functional services of Gimsion on compatible terminal devices without submitting personal identification information. This usage mode helps reduce privacy risks associated with account-based systems and supports user privacy protection.
All service functions, content generation technologies, data processing logic, and server operation resources of Gimsion are independently developed, deployed, operated, and maintained by our team.
We do not access, quote, invoke, or rely on any third-party technical services, third-party server systems, third-party algorithm tools, or external auxiliary service resources in any service link. All functional responses and content generation results obtained by users on the platform are completed through our internal exclusive service system.
Gimsion takes user privacy protection as a primary service principle and has formulated strict internal privacy protection specifications.
Gimsion does not collect facial information or facial features. We do not collect, capture, scan, record, store, analyze, or process any user facial information, facial biometric data, facial feature points, facial contour features, facial image materials, or any other facial-related sensitive information in any usage scenarios.
Our platform does not perform facial recognition, facial data collection, or facial feature analysis. During the entire process of using Gimsion, our system will not actively or passively obtain, cache, store, or analyze any user facial data in any form.
In addition, we do not actively collect users' name, age, gender, contact information, residential address, identity certificate number, or other private personal information beyond what is necessary for service operation.
Gimsion implements a strict policy for user usage data and anonymous operation information:
All user data generated on the platform is stored in our independent encrypted private server system and is only used for the daily operation, function debugging, and user experience optimization of Gimsion itself.
Users shall be responsible for their own operation behaviors and usage results when using Gimsion's services. Users shall abide by public network usage norms and relevant usage rules, and shall not use the platform to create, disseminate, or spread illegal, abusive, infringing, false, or harmful content.
Users shall bear all corresponding responsibilities for any improper use of platform functions that causes adverse effects or rights infringement disputes. We will actively maintain the safe and stable operation of the platform, but will not be responsible for adverse consequences caused by users' improper operation, non-compliant use, or external network environment problems.
